The LHS Jazz Band is honored to present a featured performance at the 2017 South Carolina Music Educators Association In-Service Conference. The performance will take place at 4:30 pm on Friday, February 3 in Ballroom A of the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center. Our students will be joined at the concert by Wayne Bergeron, internationally-recognized jazz trumpet player. Mr. Bergeron is lead trumpet player for the Gordon Goodwin Big Phat Band, and has over 350 movie and television solo credits. The concert is free and open to the public. We’d love to see a packed house for what will be an outstanding performance by our very talented students!
Also, this concert will be recorded and CDs will be available for purchase. An order form is HERE for download.
