Concession Stand Clean Up Day, Sat, June 3, 9:00 am
We need about 10 people to help with moving the concessions inventory to the basketball concession stand and wiping down surfaces and mopping floors of all the outdoor concession stands. Please email Kim Groh at firstname.lastname@example.org if you can help.
Please email Mary Joy, the coordinator of the 2017-2018 Concessions Committee, if you are willing to work football concessions for the first two Football games of the year (August 18th and August 25th). We need lots of help from our seasoned veterans! My email is email@example.com. Thank you!
BIG THANK YOU to Wendy Upham!
I would like to personally thank Wendy Upham for her service as President of the Band Boosters this past year! Wendy deserves so much more recognition than she has received! She has been the backbone of this group. She’s volunteered for almost every event! You may not know this about Wendy but she waits to see where she is needed the most before she volunteers. She goes above and beyond and does whatever is needed for the band. She also makes it happen – whether it’s working a Dance Competition concession stand for 12 hours on Sat or running to the concession stand to get what we need for the banquet or setting up a hospitality room with food and drinks for judges before she goes to work! She has done so many things behind the scenes that no one even knows about in order for an event to run smoothly. She’s always there for you and seems to know what to say and what to do. She’s a true leader! She gets in the trenches with you and helps to accomplish the goal. I’m so glad she has 2 more years with us as a Band Parent but I wanted to thank her for all that she has done this past year as President! Thank you for your example of hard work and dedication Wendy! It did not go unnoticed! -Karen Hall
